Little Robinhood Policies
If your child has a fever of 100.0 or above, or has flu-like symptoms please keep them home.
You are not responsible for paying when I am closed. If I have to close due to an emergency, you will only pay for the time your child was in my care to the nearest hour. This rate will be $12/hour. Payment for childcare is due upon the last day your child is in my care for the week in the form of cash, cash-app or a check, unless we have made prior arrangements.
I will provide receipts for what you pay in childcare expenses to me every time you pay me, and I will provide a tax statement every January for your tax benefit.
The only medications allowed are emergency medications.
Childhood vaccines are not required, you do what you feel is best as the parent. Please note that your child could potentially come into contact with an illness they have not been vaccinated from while at Little Robinhood LLC.
Cameras are located in both daycare rooms, and will monitor care 24 hours a day to ensure everyone’s safety and peace of mind. I will help you locate cameras upon arrival for your tour so that you are aware. There are outside cameras as well that monitor care 24 hours a day, and notify me of movement outside so that we all are safe!
I am insured, first aid and CPR certified, and have an early childhood educational background so my fees will reflect those qualifications.
Drop in occasional care for up to 4 hours per child per day is a flat rate of $25 which is the same rate as my half day, daytime daycare. Any childcare provided for over 4 hours will reflect the full day tuition fee for your family that is discussed prior to enrollment.
Additional events/programs may become available and will have a set rate dependent on that specific program/event.
Two evenings per week I will be open for drop in’s from 5:30pm - 8:00pm. $25 flat rate for one day, $45 flat rate if in attendance for both days.
